Internet connection charges and other telecommunication costs are borne by the customer. Where payment is made by bank transfer, the transfer fee is also borne by the customer.

Bank transfer: please transfer within 7 days of ordering.
- Delivery
Digital content and SaaS services are available immediately after payment. Consulting, maintenance and development work follows the period set out in the individual contract.
- Returns and cancellation
Given the nature of what we provide (digital content and similar), we cannot generally accept cancellation or return after payment. If there is a serious defect in the service, please contact us promptly at the address above.
