How cookies are used and managed on this website

About cookies on this site

The Arterect Inc. website sets no cookies. It stores only the minimum needed to display pages (your scroll position) inside your browser, and does no analytics or advertising tracking. This policy explains what that means and how to manage it.

  1. What cookies are

A cookie is a small text file that a website sends to your browser. It is stored on your device and lets the site recognise you on a later visit. This policy also covers similar technologies such as local storage and session storage.

  2. Cookies and similar technologies we use

Our website sets no cookies at all. We store only the minimum needed to display pages, in your browser's session storage.

    Essential storage
    • Restoring scroll position (session storage: tsr-scroll-restoration-v1_3)
Used to return you to where you were reading when you come back to a page with the browser's back button. It is discarded automatically when you close the tab, and is never sent to our servers.

We use no cookies or similar technologies beyond the above. We do not use analytics tools, third-party advertising cookies, tracking pixels, web beacons or anything comparable.

  3. What we use it for

We use similar technologies only as far as displaying the website requires (restoring scroll position, above). We never use cookies or similar technologies to track behaviour, build profiles, or serve advertising.

  4. Managing cookies

You can accept, refuse or delete cookies and similar technologies in your browser settings.

Scroll position (session storage) is removed when you close the tab, or when you clear your browsing data. Refusing or deleting it does not affect your ability to read this site.

For how to change cookie settings in each major browser, please see that browser's own help pages.

  5. Third-party services

Some pages on our website embed the following outside services. When you view those pages, the provider may obtain cookies or other technical information.

    • Google Maps (Google LLC)
Used to show our location on the company page. Google may set cookies when the map is displayed. For how Google handles data, please see Google's privacy policy.(https://policies.google.com/privacy)

We use no third-party services beyond the above — no analytics, no ad networks, no social media plugins.

  6. Changes to this policy

We may change this policy as our services change or as the law changes. A revised policy takes effect when it is published on this website. Where a change is significant we will announce it in our news section.
