Scope
These terms set out the conditions for using all services and products provided by Arterect Inc. (“we”, “the Company”) (“the Services”). They apply to every customer who uses the Services (“users”).
Registration
Users register by the method we specify, having agreed to these terms. Where we judge a registration to be inappropriate we may refuse it or cancel it.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for managing their own account and for taking measures to prevent unauthorised access and information leakage. Acts contrary to law or to public order and morality are prohibited.
Intellectual property
Intellectual property and other rights in the text, images, programs, AI models and all other content in the Services belong to us or to the rightful owner. Reproduction, republication or modification without permission is prohibited.
Disclaimer
We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or fitness for any particular purpose of AI output produced by the Services. Except where we have acted intentionally or with gross negligence, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the Services.
Suspension and changes
We may suspend, change or discontinue all or part of the Services without prior notice, for maintenance, updates, or any other reason we judge necessary.
